Join us for an afternoon of bowling, connection, and community at the COC Spare Some Time Bowling Fun-Raiser. This event brings together individuals with disabilities, families, staff, and community members for a fun and welcoming day on the lanes.

Spare Some Time is about more than bowling. It is about creating moments where everyone shines through time spent together, encouragement, and connection.

Funds raised support individuals with disabilities supported by COC and help create opportunities for meaningful experiences and community involvement.

More details on registration, sponsorships, and ways to get involved will be shared soon. Invite a friend and help spread the word.

Come meet Author Barbara Heil of "Journey into His Heart"

Growing up without any kind of faith life, Barbara Heil had a life-transforming experience at sixteen years of age, when she encountered an outpouring of Jesus' love. As a result, she began to attend a Spirit-filled Protestant Church and later became a missionary, an evangelist, and eventually a pastor, bringing others to the Lord. Her fascinating journey from brokenness to healing took Barbara to more than fifty nations, where she shared the gospel and witnessed what only God can do as He moves in people’s lives. 

Not believing that Catholics were even Christian, Barbara took a class to learn how to lead them to Christ. Many years later, someone handed her a book that sparked a hunger to learn about the saints and Doctors of the Church, who she learned, to her astonishment, were all Catholic with faith lives centered on the Eucharist!

Journey though Grief: 6th Annual Pregnancy & Infant Loss Retreat

This annual Awakening Grace - Journey Through Grief Day Retreat is about creating a safe space for grieving families to connect and heal. This space is specifically designed for anyone who has lost a child during pregnancy or infancy. We would encourage you to join us regardless of how long ago your loss was, whether it has been 2 months, 2 years, 20 years, or somewhere in between.

Although the retreat is geared toward grieving families, we encourage you to bring as many support people with you as you would like. If you haven’t experienced a loss, but have a friend who has, we encourage you to invite them to the event and offer to attend with them. We want to invite Dads, Moms, Grandparents, Siblings (over 12), Aunts, Uncles, and Friends!

This space will allow you the time and space to share openly about your child(ren), provide you with tools and resources to help you continue on your grief journey, and equip you with an amazing community to walk alongside you on this journey. This space is designed as a place where we can take a break from our normal lives and come together to grieve and remember our heavenly babies, while also healing and learning tools to help us in our grief journey.
