Community Night will take place on January 7 and invites members of the community to support WPU Basketball while students are still on winter break. The Women’s Basketball game will begin at 5:30 PM, followed by the Men’s Basketball game at 7:30 PM. This event is designed to create an encouraging and energetic atmosphere for our teams, and community attendance is greatly appreciated.
Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a Community Night meal featuring chili, a hotdog, and a bottle of water for $5. Cinnamon rolls will also be available for an additional $1.

Every month we travel to Smokey Row on the third Thursday to bring a fun painting event to the Oskaloosa area! Please join us for Januarys on the 15th. 
This painting features a gorgeous red barn set amidst a snowy scene, perfect for the winter season. This is the perfect piece to create this winter at Smokey Row. Pair this with a yummy drink and you’ve got a perfect evening.
Each ticket is just 30$ a piece and the event starts at 6 pm. There are 2 ways to register/pay:

This annual Awakening Grace - Journey Through Grief Day Retreat is about creating a safe space for grieving families to connect and heal. This space is specifically designed for anyone who has lost a child during pregnancy or infancy. We would encourage you to join us regardless of how long ago your loss was, whether it has been 2 months, 2 years, 20 years, or somewhere in between.
Although the retreat is geared toward grieving families, we encourage you to bring as many support people with you as you would like. If you haven’t experienced a loss, but have a friend who has, we encourage you to invite them to the event and offer to attend with them. We want to invite Dads, Moms, Grandparents, Siblings (over 12), Aunts, Uncles, and Friends!
This space will allow you the time and space to share openly about your child(ren), provide you with tools and resources to help you continue on your grief journey, and equip you with an amazing community to walk alongside you on this journey. This space is designed as a place where we can take a break from our normal lives and come together to grieve and remember our heavenly babies, while also healing and learning tools to help us in our grief journey.
