Turn on the Lights!
Saturday, November 18 - 5:30-8:00 PM
City Square Park - Downtown Oskaloosa
Head over to the square to see 'Painting with Lights' illuminate downtown buildings at 6 pm for the holiday season.
Grab some cookies, and cocoa, see Santa and the reindeer, and take a free horse-drawn wagon ride.
**' Painting with Lights' will turn on every day from 4:45 pm until 11:00 pm from November 18 to January 7, 2024.
Catch the new 'Dancing Lights' show for the first time showing, November 18 at 6:10 pm. 'Dancing Lights' will resume on November 24 and run until January 7, 2024. The 'Dancing Lights' can be seen Sunday-Thursday from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm and Friday-Saturday 6:00 pm-9:00 pm.
**'Dancing Lights' has been donated by the Golden Goose Club to the City of Oskaloosa. Please contact City Hall for more details!
Home Decorating Contest - Judging will take place November 27 at 6pm
Get your Christmas lights and decorations out! Participate for your chance to win one of the five categories and $100 Chamber Cash!
Pre-register your home by calling Lori Oaks at Hawkeye Real Estate or 641-660-7011 by 12:00PM on November 27.
Window Decorating Contest Judging
November 29 & November 30 - 6:00 PM
Drive around or take a stroll downtown to see area business owners' storefront and window decorations! Displays will be up throughout the holiday season!
Winners will be notified via phone call.
Pre-register your business window by completing this form and submit by November 10.
Late entries can call the Chamber office to learn about options, at 641-672-2591.

2023 Lighted Christmas Parade Route Map
Parking prior to the parade is expected to be extremely limited. 10/15 Transit will be providing a shuttle service on the day of the parade. Please see the map below for parking locations and pick-up/drop-off times. Questions? Call the Mahaska Chamber!
Overflow parking at the Osky Engineering lot will be offered at The Bridge Church, across the street.

Painting with Lights Raffle Drawing

**All raffle names have been drawn. Calls are now being made to winners!
Have you purchased your tickets yet? Tickets are available to purchase from the Chamber office, Mahaska Drug, and H&S Feed and Country Store in Oskaloosa.
1 ticket for $10 or 5 tickets for $40. Winners will be notified via phone call. Drawing open to the public.
