Established in March 2021, Wild Hogz BBQ serves the Oskaloosa area with mouthwatering catering and food truck options. Owner and BBQ-extraordinaire, Jeff Anderson, grills up his wood-fired smoked meats with flavors of hickory, apple, cherry, and maple in a reverse flow smoker.
